A Trilogical History of Religious Society

Ethics? Principles? Doing unto others? When did they become so old fashioned?

Nowadays we live in a world almost totally dominated by greed, getting something for nothing, and exploitation. Our premise today is that this goes directly against the foundations of our civilization, and our human essence. That’s serious stuff. Law and legislation are totally inadequate for forming a good society. We need the ancient values brought by all the world's great religions.

Join Richard Lloyd Jones and Dr. Claudia Bernhardt Pacheco on a journey through the Trilogical History of Religion and Society today on Thinking with Somebody Else’s Head.

  1. In my book, and i am writing one, both religion and politics have something in common -- they both were designed to divide and keep divided in order to conquer. And, it is society woke up to this and began to look at what we do have in common that could bring us together. And that is the study of the biology of human consciousness.
Because this is where we are all the same and there can be no denying it.

As I have heard Deepak Chopra once said - "If religion was going to solve our problems it would have happened a long time ago." So, why don't we wake up from this long, long sleep that's been going on for thousands of years and begin to realize our own potential instead of worshiping a myth.

  2. Of course religion is fraught with problems. I hope we are being clear in our programs that we are not talking about religion (even though there are many good things that have come from religious belief), but about divinity and spirituality. Religion is man-made, and to the degree it adheres to the divine mandate, serves its purpose.
